Nice village with the label ” Small town of character “Lizio is a destination in Morbihan not to be missed: around a typical 17th century churchThe town is composed of old houses with hydrangeas and discreetly decorated with sculpted fountains, dormer windows, niches and cornices. the prosperity of the weavers from Lizio in the 17th and 18th centuries. An interpretation trail allows you to discover the built heritage of the commune: its remarkable houses, its fountains, its wash house, its Templar chapel, its crosses and its bread ovens. Several places are not to be missed in Lizio: the ecomuseum of old trades, the Breton quarry museum, the insectarium and the Universe of the Poète Ferrailleur.
The outside of the village is also dotted with botanical trails and footpaths, promising beautiful family walks through the woods and Breton countryside, discovering a rich and varied fauna and flora.
