What to see in Morbihan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is difficult not to mention the wild coasts, the fine sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean when one considers lifting the veil on the treasures of Southern Brittany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start your exploration of the coastline with the Gulf of Morbihan, which offers magnificent scenery. Have your photo taken at the foot of the ramparts of Vannes, get lost in the cobbled streets and look for the famous sculpture “Vannes and his wife” between the magnificent half-timbered houses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the marine world appeals to you, the Eric Tabarly Sailing City and the Lorient submarine base will enable you to enrich your knowledge and satisfy your curiosity. The Morbihan has some fabulous castles such as the castle of Josselin and the castle of Suscinio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To go further back in time, visit the incredible alignments of Carnac which will transport you to the Neolithic period or the Museum of Prehistory (Carnac). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do in Morbihan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the open sea beckons, hop aboard a boat and discover the stunning citadel of Belle-\u00cele-en-Mer before sitting on the sand for a few moments to watch the seagulls undulate over the waves on the Plage du Donnant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cycle along the coast to Quiberon and Sarzeau. Get lost among the oaks, chestnuts and ferns in the Broceliande forest, home to the tomb of Merlin the Enchanter and beautiful buildings such as Comper Castle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glamping in Morbihan<\/a> is also synonymous with water sports. Surfing,<\/a> sailing, sand yachting on the coast, kayaking or rowboating on the calm waters of Lac de Guerl\u00e9dan: the choice is yours, with water sports activities to please the whole family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
